My career began as a flux. A friend had moved back to town & while helping her look through job ads we came across, "Major strip property looking for VIP Representative, Bi-lingual preferred." She wasn't interested. So I rolled the dice & applied for it myself. Two weeks later my Casino Career began as VIP Representative at the Stardust.
In 1995, I was ready for a change & mustard some courage to speak with the VP of Casino Marketing. Promising, if given the opportunity, I would make him proud. I then become the first Latin-woman Executive Casino Host for table games.
In 2002, I was offered a spot with the Las Vegas Hilton Player Development team, which was a great & fun experience. In 2004, I was approached and accepted a position with Treasure Island Casino as Casino Marketing Executive. Finishing 6 years of tenure on June 2010, I joined Caesar's Entertainments' Las Vegas Player Development Team. My new "Team" utilizes my vast Hotel & Casino experience and I share the privilege of hosting you at all 8 Caesar's Entertainments' Las Vegas Properties as well as any of our properties nationwide. I find this very Exciting!
